Many of our products are handmade and may be slightly different from the product displayed on the site.

You will be required to register with our site before an order can be placed.  Please see our section on Registration & Use of Personal Data.

How to order

Orders can only be received via our website .  Your order will be handled securely by PayPal.  All payments are encrypted to minimise the possibility of third parties accessing your details.

It is now possible for us to accept phone orders, simply select Pay by Phone and we will call you back to arrange payment.

Please provide a contact phone number or email address in case of queries regarding your order.


All prices are displayed in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

While every effort is made to maintain our prices, we do reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.


We accept the following credit or debit cards (sorry but we do not accept American Express):

Visa / Delta, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, Solo

Your payment will be handled securely by PayPal. All payments are encrypted to minimise the possibility of third parties accessing your details.

The money will be debited from your account once the order has been processed.


We will send a confirmation email, confirming details of your order.  Please provide an email address on registration.


We try to ensure that all our products advertised on our website are in stock.  Unfortunately this is not always possible, especially during busy times of the year.  If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your order in more detail.  We can place items on Back Order and send them onto you when they are back in stock.

Stock permitting, goods will be dispatched within 48 hours.  Please note that as we are a family run business, there are certain times of the year we will be unable to dispatch products within this timescale.  We will display details of any final order dates or delayed dispatch dates on our website.  Please order in good time if you require a product by a specific date as we cannot guarantee the Royal Mail service.


In the unlikely event that you need to return items, please read this returns policy carefully.

Returns must be made to us within 14 days of you receiving your order from us.

We will only offer refunds if the returned products are in the original condition that they were sent to you. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on certain products such as earrings, due to health & safety or hygiene reasons.

If an item is broken or damaged when it is delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a replacement if necessary.  We may need some photographic evidence for our records.

Please note that you will be responsible for both the postage and the goods you are returning and we cannot offer refunds for products you return that fail to arrive or are damaged due to poor packaging.  We will not refund you for postage costs.

We strongly recommend that any items returned to us are sent by registered post and with proof of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any losses made by the postal service. In cases of loss of items by the postal service it will be up to you to make a claim against Royal Mail.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that the items you are returning are packaged securely and appropriately. We will not take any responsibility for any products damaged in the post that have been badly packaged.

In all instances, if you are dissatisfied with product please contact us immediately to discuss the matter further.

Registration & Use of Personal Data

Anyone wishing to place an order with will be required to register with us.

You will be required to provide some personal information in the form of a contact telephone number, an email address and a delivery address.  Failure to provide these details will result in a delay processing your order. We may use this data to keep you informed of any future special offers we may have.  If you do not wish to be informed of any special offers, please let us know and we will update our database.

Please note that we undertake that any information that we hold about you will be kept securely.  We will not, in any circumstances, pass your details onto a third party.
